Our fascinators and hats are hand made and can therefore vary slightly. We use only the best quality materials. We offer a full money-back guarantee provided the item has not been worn or damaged and is returned within 2 days. We recommend you return it either recorded or special delivery to ensure we receive the item for refund. We cannot refund if the item has been worn.

If you would like a sample of fabric please email me with your name and address. Please forward a sample of the colour to me if you would like a design custom made, to the following address:

You can either send me a photo by email or send me the link to an image of the dress or outfit you would like to match.

To purchase one the styles shown, you can either pay using the automated system or email me and I will send you an Invoice. You do not need to have a PayPal account and you can pay with your credit/debit card. No charge is made to you by PayPal for this. If you wish to make a payment by cheque please make it payable to 'Gloria Harrison' and post to the above address. I will send an acknowledgement that your order is being processed.
